Togarashi

Togarashi is a Chuck Tender of Wagyu beef, in Japanese Togarashi named for its resemblance to a “small chili pepper”. Togarashi is well-suited for steak preparation and is highly regarded for its tender, juicy meat. Despite its tender characteristics, the Japanese consider Togarashi to be a part of the shoulder (Kata) section of the Wagyu.
